About This Project

SPLASH SAFE (Splash Action for Employment) is an innovative initiative focused on creating meaningful employment opportunities within the community. In collaboration with Neighbours in Poplar, the project offers a range of services aimed at empowering individuals and improving their employability. By providing personalized job support, SPLASH SAFE helps individuals with CV writing, cover letters, job applications, and interview preparation, ensuring they are well-prepared to enter the workforce.

Additionally, the project offers essential digital skills training to improve reading, writing, grammar, and math abilities, along with guidance on online safety, safeguarding, and parental control. Participants can also learn to perform vital tasks such as creating email accounts, shopping online, and managing appointments.

SPLASH SAFE operates Wednesdays 2pm – 5pm at Wigram House Community Centre and Thursdays 5pm – 7pm at Workhouse Leisure Centre. For more information or to make an appointment, contact them via phone or email.
